Issues with Search Call History and adding contacts from the search history

1. Not able to pull the call history if the date range is for 1 day
e.g https://secure.voipo.com/call_histor...01/2009-11-01/ pulls zero records, but when I do a search https://secure.voipo.com/call_histor...1-1/2009-11-2/, it pulls both Nov 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

2. Not able to add contacts from the search history

I'm able to click the number from the history and do the add to contacts, but when I go to the contacts, I don't see the number there
