With the minute usage you can go over your set minutes. Is there a way to suspend there account automatically when they hit there limit? Or a Soft / Hard Cap option would be nice. When they hit there soft cap it would like send them or us a email.

Right now it automatically will send all calls to a busy signal when they hit the limit.
If a account is suspended / hits cap then it goes to busy signal. However if its canceled it goes to voicemail. Shouldent it be other way around and / or both go to busy signal.
Cancelled will go to disconnected message..it's a bug.
Oh alright. Was that bug fixed or still in progress?
