I am just letting you guys know when I logged into my reseller account I noticed that voipo took my free 20 dollar credit away from me and I want to know the reasoning behind that.

I am just letting you guys know when I logged into my reseller account I noticed that voipo took my free 20 dollar credit away from me and I want to know the reasoning behind that.
We haven't removed any credits. The credit remains in the reseller account until used for equipment, usage, etc.
You can review your billing history in the past transactions area of the control panel. If you have questions about it or think there is an error, you need to contact reseller@voipo.com for assistance.

I had a ticket in and they fixed it.
