Please Help with csipsimple

Hi all:
I'm a brand new tablet (Kindle HD) user. I installed Csipsimple and can't get it to work.

I used sip.voipowelcome.com as the domain name, my Voipo username for the sip username and OnSIP as the Account Name.

It wouldn't let me leave Auth username blank, so I put 'ed' there.

Error message: "Error while registering - Forbidden" for the OnSIP account, and when the dialpad is up, it shows as inactive.

Any help for the clueless?

You did not mention if you entered your password for your account.

i just set it up on my nexus7 used the "basic wizard" as a reseller i used any name for account, user=voip phone number, server=sip.voipowelcome.com & password for sip account.

I think "OnSip wizard" is for the users of onsip.com
