Call waiting issues: caller on hold can hear conversation with another caller

Yesterday I was on the phone with someone when I received another incoming call. I hit the flash button to answer it and had a brief conversation with them and hit the flash button to go back to the original caller who told me she could hear my conversation with the other caller. This is obviously not the way call waiting is supposed to work.

I was on the phone yesterday having a conversation, and we both heard a phone ring, and a voice mail prompt to leave a message? It was very weird, the other party was on a cell phone?

Just curious, are you using a Grandstream HT-502? There is a firmware update 1.0.5.5 that deals with some call waiting issues.

This is very strange. Can you contact support@voipo.com and give us more info about the calls where this happened?
