I have 3 open support tickets that have gone un-answered and un-resolved for almost a week now. Is anyone home?
We don't have any tickets in any of our support queues (including reseller) that have been open that long.
The only reason a ticket would be open that long is if it's just a suggestion or development issue rather than a support issue.
If you can provide the ticket numbers, I'm happy to take a look and make sure they haven't been misclassified or not received.
