Recently, people call, I answer, and there's nobody there. Several who know my second number have had to call me on another line, saying they could hear me, but I could not hear them on my VOIPo line. Not good for business Any suggestions?

Are you able to do any tcpdump / ngrep on your network to see what happens?
Voipo cost me an $800 mistake while bidding a job recently. The vendor told me what I needed, at least what I heard I needed, then I found my bid was $800 short due the special additional part I did not add to my bid. So yeah, not hearing the other end can be very costly.
Even if I had a crystal clear phone connection (which mine is), I would want an email with what to bid on. No emails or letters were exchanged at all? Cell phone conversations can be misheard all the time so I think it is unfair to blame voipo for misunderstanding.
That was not the case, parts were sold at a web site, I was only asking for support on my purchase, I did not need a bid, just guidance.
wow, that's rough. Sorry for the issuse you experienced, Bob!
