Not unless you buy additional services (fax line, etc.) What you see quoted is exactly what you pay.
International calls cost extra. That is all I can think of.
To be fair, when you are initially billed VOIPo does add an additional amount for "Regulatory/Tax". When I signed up for a two year extension, this amounted to $36, or $1.50 a month. But that's a one-time charge at the time of the order and I've not had any additional charges beyond that.
