Does Voipo support SIP Simple?

I've been researching the Bria SIP client for Android and if I'm reading correctly it says I can send text messages from my voip account if the provider supports SIP Simple? I would love to find a way to send and receive sms messages on my Voipo number. Is this a possibilty using Bria?

I wonder this too, especially considering https://account.voipo.com/beta/manage_sms

Works for me. But I have not tried SMS.
