The problem was caused by some code that was trying (a little too aggressively) to reduce duplicate CDR's (call detail records) from being generated.

Nothing like an aggressive code, is there??;)
Has picked up all my calls from today so far...Thank You..
Re: zeus - call history being worked on?
I saw many duplicates that one day.
Seems aggressive had worked well for my stuff. :)

It's basically a situation where we store tons of info on our end that in some cases looks like duplicates, but you guys only need to see the useful info for you so the scripts sort it all out.
Re: zeus - call history being worked on?
I see some duplicates yesterday
Re: zeus - call history being worked on?

Re: zeus - call history being worked on?
The Call History should be displaying again.
No data was lost (except for the hour or so during the actual conversion of the databases to a replicated environment - a couple of days ago).
There were special "system" tables containing timezone information from the old servers that were not installed on the new system (until just now).
If anyone notices ANY other problems that might even remotely appear to be related to the DB move onto replicated servers please let us know immediately.

Norm
