HostGator always makes me feel good about them, even when I have issues like this. :)
Based on my networking experience, TTL expired in transit is a routing issue, not a server issue. It has a good chance that it's a problem with a user's ISP. https://imagicon.info/cat/6-4/1.gifQuote:
