Promotion Ending Soon

Hey Guys,

Just a heads up that if any of you have referrals pending, the promotion we've been running will be ending in the near future.

As soon as we launch the reseller program, we'll be going to standard pricing and shifting to a more paid marketing focus with our retail offering which will require higher pricing to maintain.

This won't effect existing customers obviously but if you have referrals wanting the current pricing, it will pulled over the next few weeks as we roll out the reseller beta.

The plan is to roll out new pricing this week across the board for residential and express.

Existing customers won't be impacted (except express pricing is lower in some cases).

Dang! I just checked voipo.com and now the price is $7.29/mo PLUS ONE YEAR FREE! Comes to $3.65/mo! I guess I can't complain too much, I got mine at $8.25/mo plus 3 months free from hostgator, which is less per month than I collect in loose change...

Just an aside, I'm new to voipo and your customer service is awesomeness defined. My only complaint is that I'm spending way too much time playing with all the cool features.

Wow, that's really cool. I too got in on the old $8.25 pricing, but I'm about to get a bunch of friends to sign up for Voipo so the new pricing will be nice for them.

...hang on though...it says $7.29 per month for 12 months plus a 2nd year free, but it also shows the total due today is $175, plus $36 for taxes. That doesn't look like the second year is free. $7.29 X 12 = $87.48. $7.29 x 24 = $174.96. It looks like you would still be paying for the second year.

I also see that this promotion expires in 17 hours 50 minutes. What will the pricing be after that?

Ok, nevermind. I just chatted with sales and the promo is $7.29 per month for 24 months, so instead of the standard $15 per month, it's like getting the second year free.
