Reseller Support/Reporting Bugs
During the reseller BETA, here is how we are handling support.
General Issues
For general issues and bugs, please post in the BETA forum. Please start a new thread for each issue to keep things organized. This way others can see the issue and reply if they have additional info.
Account Specific Issues
If you have a problem with a specific account, please e-mail reseller@voipo.com instead of posting the account details here.
Updates
We will use this forum as our primary communication medium and will announce changes and post updates here.

Guys, please do not use normal support channels or contact staff members directly.
The majority of people in our support center have never even seen a reseller account and they have no training on it.
If you contact staff directly, the issue is not tracked in our ticketing system and will not get handled efficiently.
Right now until this is officially launched, support is being handled by developers only since issues are likely to be bugs. Yes, this means that responses will be slower.
Once it launches, we will integrate it into our normal support channels and offer real-time support for it.
