Did they replaced it with the same make/model? Or a different brand? VOIPO used to have Linksys models before - I had it for a while and it had zero issue. Then I created a second phone account...
Although they emailed me last night/this morning, that they did changes to my account and let's see how it works now. I'll post back if I still have issues.
