    Default Support hours?

What are the correct hours of support?

At the top of the Forums page they are listed as 9-6 CST and on VOIPo.com they are shown as 10-7 CST.

    Thanks.

Any time you have a support issue submit a ticket. I have been helped with my problems in the middle of the night.

I've called after 6:00 and the phone goes to the unavailable message so I believe phone support ends at 6:00 and not 7:00 like the website says. As Xponder1 says, ticket support is pretty good after hours.

Support called me around 730pm last night and we were on the phone for an hour. This was shortly after I submitted a ticket

I'll make sure the site is fixed tomorrow. Officially it's 9-6, but we are staffed a little beyond those hours...just not offering frontline phone/chat support during that time yet.

On weekends, we have systems admins working, but they don't get involved with frontline sales/support much except for outages.

Over time, we'll expand this as people are trained and we're more process oriented internally.

Or....I could place a quick call to Guam and go 24/7 with support Friday

I think most of us can wait Tim. Hopefully as Voipo grows, you won't feel the need to outsource support anywhere out of the country. Vonage did, and the very few times I had to call them, it was a VERY bad experience. Support was awful, and took HOURS (no exaggeration) to solve what I thought was a minor issue.
