Back on Februrary 24th, we migrated to a new Call Log system that doest not use RADIUS.

Currently, the call logs for calls prior to 2/24 are accessible by clicking on the link to "Previous Call Logs" on the Call Log page. On 5/8, this link will be removed and the call logs for calls prior to 2/24 in the old system will be archived and no longer be accessible in your vPanel.

If you need call logs for calls made on 2/24 or earlier, please print them prior to 5/8.

Call logs for calls after 2/24 will not be affected at all.
