    Having lots of issues with it- opened ticket via support chat. Perhaps its linked to why the greeting options don't work now?

    How does one enable voicemail ? My only option is 'no voicemail' ?

    First you create a mailbox under the voicemail link.

    Then you'll have the mailbox listed in the dropdown.

    This way you can point multiple numbers to the same mailbox, etc.

    Got it. Doesn't seem to be working. Just goes to a busy signal after 20 seconds.

    I called my number and pressed * but it just kept going through the recording and then wanted me to record a message. Am I supposed to enter * and then my PIN or * and wait for something telling me to enter my PIN
