Earlier this morning, we have a provisioning error which caused a small number of devices to be configured with incorrect information when they connected for their hourly update. The incorrectly downloaded information may prevent the devices that received it from connecting to our network.

If you are affected, your device will automatically re-connect each hour for an update and will receive the correct information and fix itself. If you are affected and do not wish to wait for your next scheduled hourly update, you can reboot your device so it will immediately reconfigure.
