Default 2nd line - upgrade from Virtual

I love this feature with one exception.
It would be nice if the Contacts were not a second blank slate.

Or ... if you could duplicate the info by the press of a button.

    Same thing regarding Call Routes

We've thought about doing a "push settings to another account" type option but just haven't done it yet.

Out of idle curiosity--is it possible to 'downgrade' a 2nd line back to a virtual number? I ask because going to the VN/2nd line page from the main account, it does not give me an option to downgrade the other line (but does ask me if I want to 'upgrade' my main line), while hitting that page from the VN account, it tells me that I'm using a sub-account and am not allowed to access the page...

I have no intent to do so (and can't imagine that I will). Setting it as a 2nd line allows me to use it as a virtual number that my * system can recognize separately from the main number. (It's always set to forward to a SIP URI.)

I am guessing that will undo the upgrade since it offers the original line. (Same for mine)
Its pretty slick in my opinion, just not perfectly intuitive.
The fact that its automated, makes it flexible without being burdensome to support.

Tim, I've mentioned this before, but it might be simpler and ultimately more useful if we could export from and import to the Contacts list in some standardized format such as CSV. That way we could bring in contacts from other sources as well.

Regarding the "downgrade" question, this was answered before: just select your primary number as the "upgrade line," and you will get your virtual number back.

I disabled my upgraded Line-2 Mail Box.

It would have been nice, if I could have just selected the Primary, line-1 number!

EDIT: I am using Line-1 Call Hunt to it,
but over the winter, the in-laws will be direct dialing it.
    Otherwise nobody knows the number.
Outbound CID of Line-2 is set to the Primary Line-1 number.

Thanks--must've been answered a while ago. Maybe I won't be so search-lazy next time.
