I see the option to choose 'west' in vPanel, so what's the address for those of us BYOD'ers ? And how do we set our TA for the other options like who handles audio ?

The audio handling is actually all server-side. By default we don't handle audio unless we have to for some reason.

If it's set to have us handle it in vPanel, just attempt to force it by rewriting the headers.
