    proxy server server settings:
    proxy server address: sip:sip.voipwelcome.com
    relm: none

Proxy Server Address: sip.voipwelcome.com <-- perhaps try this.

    rather then sip:sip.voipwelcome.com

Other then that, I would verify that your username and password are correct.

    my wish list:
    1. Intelligent Call Forwarding that detects the incoming call originated from the "forwarded" phone and rings the original destination instead
    2. Call History that makes use of CallerID/Custom CallerID+Location. Call History only shows Custom CallerId+Loc. No CNAM look up; Albeitly,it's a step in the right direction!
    3. Scheduled sim. ring with a twist (see wish #1)

Thanks voxabox!! Few months back, I tried doing the setup on my E61i but didn't succeed. I don't really need it, but its good to have. Your screenshots pointed my mistake.
