    Default Speed Dial tutorial/howto?

Is there a speed dial tutorial or howto? I tried to set them up in Features - Routes - Outbound Routes. I added an outbound route, 04# to forward to my cell phone, but that doesn't seem to work, I just get a fast busy on the phone. Am I missing something? Perhaps I need to reset my ATA? Or am I choosing a bad pattern - I just chose XX# based on some other posts I found earlier.

In vPanel, first try altering your outbound route to just 04 without the # and then try dialing again using 04#

Whenever you hit the # key during a dialing sequence the ATA will immediately transmit the preceding digits as a phone call if it matches a pattern in the dial plan. If this is the case, dialing 04# should work for you. If 04 doesn't match a pattern in the dial plan, it won't work, so in this case you will have to change your outbound speed dial number to something other than 04 (maybe 040) or contact tech support to have them alter your dial plan to accept the speed numbers you want.
