Log into your vPanel, click Billing, then click Promotions. It should take you to this page: https://secure.voipo.com/billing/promos
From there, you can see what renewal options/promotions you're eligible for.
If your deal was better than the current promotion, ask them.
For late comers, there was a discount - if rates were raised.
Most of the pricing seems perpetually on hold of a price hick while the Reseller Program waits in the wings to emerge

Just a quick note regarding early renewals:
If you have setup a PayPal subscription upon sign-up with us, and then decide to renew in advance with your credit card -- please manually remove (or adjust) your PayPal Subscription. Otherwise, your PayPal payment will be sent to us as originally scheduled upon sign-up.
