Default Modem Router combinations that just work

Just starting this in an effort for others to use if they are having issues with particular equipment and combo's.

Enter your setup here (Broadband type, Modem, Router(if any) and what you or Voipo support have done (if any) to make it work.

Please use this format- (mine below)

Cable, BEFCMU modem, pfSense router, RT31P2 (PAP2 worked also) behind, made allow rules in the firewall for Voipo's servers. No port forwarding.

DSL Motorola Netopia 2210-02 bridges to>ASUS WL-520GU router(factory supplied firmware) that does the PPPoE.
PAP2T behind the same router. No forwarding whatsoever..plain vanilla...router firewall disabled. Also works perfectly with SPA2102.

Cable 8 Mbps down 1Mbps up, Motorola SB5101 SURFboard cable modem, Linksys WRT54G router, RT31P2 Voipo adapter behind the router.

I initially had a temporary number while testing Voipo. Everything worked fine until I ported my home phone number. Then, I was unable to receive calls. I would answer the call and hear a fast busy signal. Sometimes someone would call me and my phone would not ring at all. Voipo support instructed me to forward 5060-5080 TCP/UDP ports and 35000-65000 UDP ports. Now I can receive calls.

ISP: AT&T DSL 6mb down / 768 up dry loop.

    MODEM: Speedstream 5100

WRT-54G Wireless router with Tomato 1.25 firmware.

I'm taking mine out actually because I am having audio problems. It might be related to my BYOD asterisk setup so I can't say for sure I am 100% "just working".
