We recently moved to a new billing system which handles call logs differently.

We will be permanently archiving all call logs prior to 11/09/09 at the end of this month in order to avoid working with 2 completely different call log database formats.

If you need the call logs for calls prior to 11/09/09, please login to your control panel and download them. At the end of the month, they will not longer be available for viewing or downloading.
