Default How to I get access to "customer" forums?

Well .... I waited and waited .... hoping for a "cyber Moday" superduper special but I guess not.

Anyway, I just signed up and emailed support for a PAP2T instead of a RT31P2 ..... hopefully that will work out.

They REALLY need to fix the "CHAT IS AVAILABLE" banner on the website or it will drive people nuts. I was "next in line" for hours the other day and obviously no one was home.

In any case, how do I get access to the "customer" forum area?

I am a current Vonage customer and am switching for the many more desirable features (of course the price doesn't hurt!).

Once i get the feel for this service I will port over my 2 numbers. In the meantime I will forward calls.

    They really listen.

Other sites I've emailed support, and the answers,
seem to indicate that they never read or comprehended the initial message.

VOIPo is not that kind of operation!

Me too, on Saturday, but I only waited 15 minutes before I gave up.

A few weeks ago I waited and waited as well for about 35 minutes and nothing... It was on a Sunday I believe and the banner said that they were on.
