Open up your call logs in vPanel, and get the call Reference ID by clicking on either the From or To number of the call that 'went to busy'. Submit a support ticket that includes that call reference ID so Voipo can investigate the issue.
Inconsistencies between line 1 and line 2 are almost exclusively a result of NAT / Firewall settings local to your router. Have you setup any port forwarding specific to the VOIPo traffic? Any recent hardware or firmware changes?
