If you used WHMCS there is a link on there but that is a good idea def if you can rout it to your own personal ticket system
I agree--resellers will need their OWN support panel. I'm referring here to when resellers need support from Voipo. There are bound to be issues such as LNP not going through, E911 provisioning, etc, that resellers may need to request assistance from the 'mother ship'.
You always could use support@voipo.com and that would submit a ticket. Do you think that theirs a branding option for on the bottom of the clients panel we can put our email instead of voipos?
I know that eventually there will be. I just was thinking that Tim would want a separate queue for reseller tickets...
