    Default Adding Virtual numbers

After you create a User account, you can go to https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/phone_numbers and add a Virtual, or Toll Free number (Select the account it should belong to.)

If you wish to cancel a virtual number, its done under https://reseller.voipwelcome.com/billing/renewals

One BUG seems to be, the number gets canceled, but continues to show in https://cp.voipwelcome.com/features/local_numbers and continues to work, if called.

I see Reseller@VOIPo.com produces a ticket number in my normal Support page.
Also, I'm not seeing email confirmations of support requests (By design?)

Also updates cannot be added to SHK-440697 to close it.
    It gets "could not connect"

I'm having some issues with a canceled account still on my panel. Since I did not realize emailing 'reseller@voipo.com' would create a ticket, two tickets were opened for the issue:

    GYV-878909
    FDY-534975

If this could be taken care of, I'd appreciate it.
