Thread: Incoming calls going straight to voicemail

Default Incoming calls going straight to voicemail

Anyone else having any problems this morning? My device shows connected in the vPanel.

    Edit:
The RT31 shows line 1 Call1 status as ringing, but all I get is voicemail.

Yea, they seem to be having "issues." I'm watching my ATA lines 1 & 2 lights go off then back on and when they are on calls weren't connecting. Rebooting ATA (and router) didn't help.

At this moment it is back to working again. For how long, that's anyones guess.

    Hey, it's only telephone service.

I chatted with support. Apparently there are some de-registrations happening and they are looking into it. Mine went back to normal shortly after my post.

yea, i had some issues today also, Reboot and everything came back on all accounts..weird...happened a couple of days ago too. I didn; even know there was a problem until someone called my cell phone and said what's up with your home phone..

Everything looked normal though in vpanel, but reboot solved issues

Didn't notice any problems other then my ATA switching to the failover SIP server and it did not lose registration.
