Yes, it would be applied to the reseller account on the monthly anniversary since this is the designed behavior or it.
It's "virtual" money though since it's just using the beta credit we applied to the accounts and no live billing info is attached.
When I signed up, though, it definitely billed my credit card for $24.95. I had to enter the cc info when I created the account. Also, the beta credit was only $5...
Did you use the BETA coupon code VIPGATORS? It should make it $0 and not ask for CC info.
If it billed & only credited $5 that sounds like the normal non-beta account.
If it definitely billed, just open a ticket and refund/switch you to the BETA one. It did not ask for cc info and credited $100.
Hmmm... I remember entering a coupon code, but I may have entered "voipgators". I'll definitely put in a ticket. Thanks!
OK, that is what I thought "virtual money".
Yet, to order hardware, it gets pulled from virtual money. I tried to clarify that with VOIPo since I'm in favor of paying "real money" for real hardware.
You had setup my reseller account so I never did a VIPGATORS or anything.

I also see now that an included account can be created - just did yesterday.
I made it live on hardware today.
So now the $24.95 does include phone service. Not sure when
that was added or if I missed it?
I hope between my babbling, I am providing useful feedback now and then!

As I had created a non-Beta account (oops), I can say that yes--the 'included' account is paid for out of the $24.95/mo reseller account fee. It's always been there.
Unfortunately, I've been a BAD beta user so far--haven't really test-driven the service much. I hope to be able to do a bit more in the next few weeks.
It has been improving, you you will have more fun in a shorter time frame... so far--haven't really test-driven the service much ...
The two test calls I tried on the Personal Reseller Phone account showed the $0 for minutes used as Tim promised, so that part looks good too. I think my Reseller access went live a bit before some and that section was not fully implemented yet, and never checked back to that tab.
I imagine I could have my VOIPo Founder's Plan somehow converted over so it will get the full experience (Perhaps on the same VOIPo PAP2P VOIPo supplied?)Just trying to consider the beta features that I would go without. (Fax, E911 Tab, CID Alias, Call Recording, Scheduling, remote email checking, Simul-Ring ...) If they come out with new cool stuff, I won't get to play with that either!
Out of all those, I've used the free FAX a few times, experimented with the others, but none are a deal breakers. The E911 can be reached without the Tab. Using the VOIPo PAP2T with my old VOIPo number would simplify the hardware in the usa2k home.
I wonder how many beta testers are ready to put all their eggs in the Reseller Beta basket? Never had a condition that affects the Wife Acceptance Factor to discourage. Worst case I have a $24.95 service with a lot of inexpensive options I could add.
EDIT: One additional missing feature is the ability to assign Call History numbers to be White Listed, and other categories like send to busy.
