International Billing Corrections
This was e-mailed to affected users, but we are posting here in case it was not received.

Earlier today when we ran our international billing, we noticed a bug in the new billing software which caused a few errors. The invoice you received earlier today for international calling may have not been accurate. We have now corrected the issues and re-issued new invoices.
Issues:
1) For some users, the 60 minutes of free calling per month was not factored in for all included destinations.
2) If an account had a credit, this credit card not automatically applied to the new invoice.
3) Some calls that were billed last month were re-billed this month.
We'd like to apologize for these errors and let you know that they have been corrected at this time.
Corrective Action:
1) The erroneous invoice has been canceled.
2) A new invoice correcting all of these issues has been generated.
3) If payment was made for the original invoice, it has been applied to the new invoice.
4) Any overpayment is being refunded to your credit card.
You can review your invoices in your vPanel at https://secure.voipo.com. If you have questions about your billing, please contact billing@voipo.com for assistance. Once again, we apologize for any confusion this has caused.

Re: International Billing Corrections
Anyone with a credit balance due to overpayment of international charges should have now received a confirmation e-mail with the amount included to confirm that it will be refunded to the credit card on file.
Example E-Mail:
Your VOIPo account currently has a credit balance due to an overpayment.
Credit Balance: $1.50
If you have a credit card on file, we are issuing a refund to it for this amount. It may take up to 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer.
If you do not have a credit card on file, you can leave the credit on file to be applied to a future VOIPo invoice or contact billing@voipo.com to request a check for the credit balance amount.
