Earlier today when we ran our international billing, we noticed a bug in the new billing software which caused a few errors. The invoice you received earlier today for international calling may have not been accurate. We have now corrected the issues and re-issued new invoices.

Issues:

1) For some users, the 60 minutes of free calling per month was not factored in for all included destinations.

2) If an account had a credit, this credit card not automatically applied to the new invoice.

3) Some calls that were billed last month were re-billed this month.

We'd like to apologize for these errors and let you know that they have been corrected at this time.

Corrective Action:

1) The erroneous invoice has been canceled.

2) A new invoice correcting all of these issues has been generated.

3) If payment was made for the original invoice, it has been applied to the new invoice.

4) Any overpayment is being refunded to your credit card.
