    Default Isolated Connection Losses

Our monitoring software has detected a few thousand adapters that have lost their connection to our network.

Everything is running smoothly on our network at this time and the majority of our users are experiencing no issues.

While we're not really sure since this is not on our end, it is likely that there was a momentary blip on an ISP backbone somewhere between some ISPs and out network. All affect users seem to be reconnecting fine and everything on our network is operating normally with no interruptions.

If your adapter has lost its connection, it should reconnect automatically shortly. You can unplug the power and plug it back up to force a reconnect immediately. Call will be routed to failover while your adapter is offline since this is not a VOIPo issue and the VOIPo network is functioning normally to facilitate the routing of those calls.

    Default Re: Isolated Connection Losses

By the time I had typed this, our monitoring started showing nearly 100% of the devices affected are back online and fully connected.

This appears to be fully resolved at this time.
