well its been alittle over 2 weeks since i have it hooked up and it pretty much sucks. half the time i can't call long distance i can hear them but they can't hear me getting really tired of calling and no one is there.

Have you contacted support?
As stated here many times before, one way audio is usually because of port forwarding issues and/or firewall rules (like SIP ALG).
Best bet is to contact support.
