    Hey Guys
I just wanted to know if voipo adapters like the RT31P2-AL or any other adapters that they give out is it used or brand new? Also what adapters do they hand out? Where can I get these RT31P2 besides getting them from voipo?

RT31P2 are not made new anymore.
VOIPo ATAs can be previously used, but they are to be returned if you cancel the service.

    Some possibilities

Search DSLReports.com for [unlock] threads, but buyer beware.
As mentioned before on DSLR Dogface05 can unlock some devices remotely for a fee.

We use a mix of new and used hardware.

Whenever possible, we recycle hardware (from cancellations, etc) in order to keep hardware costs low.

We've also purchased a ton of hardware from VoIP companies that have gone out of business. As an example, most of the RT31P2s came from the defunct AOL VoIP division (which is why the model number is RT31P2-AL).

This is one of the reasons we're able to offer free leases on hardware with all residential accounts.

    Models we use:

    Linksys PAP2T
    Linksys RT31P2
    Grandstream HT502

Other than VOIPo, any recommendations where we can purchase the Linksys PAP2T adapter wholesale?

    Ooops - I see in an earlier post suggestions . . .

Also check out www.voipdw.com as they usually have great prices and are a solid vendor.
