    um ... the 4 charges are still there - was in pending, now this morning they've gone through ...

    hope this gets taken off soon ...

    I expect they will stay for xx days, then disappear.
    That would be the CC process, not VOIPo

    There was a time my wife had an identity theft and over a couple days over $600 in purchases mostly around $50 each by the time we canceled the card. We had to wait until pending turned to actual before they could be disputed (took 3 days from that point). I am sure this won't get to that. They will just vanish.

    Non-cleared authorizations take several days (think 5-7) to expire. Have a little patience, or call your card issuer to find out for sure.

    In the past, our credit union has occasionally manually cleared large authorizations (from renting a car) early for us.
