I used chat support a few times recently, and wanted to request that a transcript be emailed once the chat session is complete. I had entered my email address in the chat initiation window. From what I gather from previous threads, it seems like this used to be the case, but perhaps VOIPo switched their chat solution somewhat recently?

Also, and one of the reasons I'd request this, is that if/when the chat session becomes disconnected, there's a dialog box pop-up (fair enough), but then the chat session window disappears once that pop-up is cleared (!!). Meaning, the chat history is lost to the user, sometimes without warning. I'd suggest this be changed so that the chat session window remains open.
