    How exactly does the 711 service work?
    I've used relay services in the past, but I'm wondering if the call routing feature makes a difference...

    With the PSTN system, the customer would have to give out the relay service's phone number and tell their callers to have the call connected.

    Does it work the same way with this service, or does a call route need to occur?

    Hello? Is anyone in support watching these posts? This is a legitimate customer question... or was... but I still need an answer!

    Okay, they finally answered my inquiry...
    711 is outgoing only.
    TTY units will not work on VoIPo.
