We have expanded the reseller coverage somewhat.

The reseller program is growing much faster than planned and it already has enough volume to help average out some of the high cost areas, so we've added some in.

Essentially we're offering coverage in the majority of areas that Bandwidth.com CLEC and Level3 are in now rather than just Tier 0 and Tier 1.

If an area is now listed, we don't offer it. If it's showing up but says "Contact Support" that means we offer it but no numbers there are in stock so we'd have to backorder one if you want (about 10 days).

The forum is not an official method of support and is for customer interaction.

While I try to stay active and post here, we don't actively provide support here and so all posts won't be answered.
