I am trying to cancel my account prior to renewal on 4/5. Support says that as a coutesy they have removed my billing information so I will not be billed. Today, I recieved a statement that I will be billed 72 hours prior. In my V panel there is a click to pay option for the balance. I do not want to renew. The online cancellation procedure does not recognize my account. I am going to send a pm to tim as well. Thanks
