    Default Support hours time zone?

    "feel free to give us a call during normal business hours (8am - 5pm PST)"

    I called at 4:05PM PT and recording says: support is closed - call back during normal business hours.

    Does VoIPo change its business hours for PDT?

    Live chat and phone support has always stopped accepting new calls an hour before the helpdesk closes to give everyone time to complete any calls already in queue/in progress prior to the entire department closing.

    I have emailed support on Friday afternoon and I received a reply prior to 5 PDT.

    Either that, or get a better help desk vectoring system that is able to monitor average support call length and adjust the closing of the queues accordingly.
