For those of you that subscribe to another service be it telco, cable or VoIP, could you please do me a favor and post the provider name with the $ amounts of tax/911/recovery fees billed in this thread? Ideally the line by line breakdown.

I'm just looking for some verifiable samples for different areas to use the data for marketing purposes.

The higher the better.

It'll be more obvious where I'm going with this soon.

Here's another picture... For CallVantage, the $0.99 fee applies to everyone, and the $1.90 USF charge will vary depending on plan, discounts, extras (it's a percentage of the bill). Taxes, of course, vary by state and locality, as do E911 fees. My total is $5.69/mo.
