Trouble setting audio file for IVR extension in PBX
Created my first PBX account as a reseller. Created IVR extension and have been unable to create and save the greeting. Tried to record from extension screen, record from external pstn, and upload a file. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

On the upload the file has to be a certain format... I will have to search to find it again.
