    Default Billing and Support

I thought I posted this here before but can't find it now.

How do we go about billing our customers and providing support to them?

Right now we're focusing on the launch of the direct service and will finalize all the details of the reseller program when we get closer to launching it.

No promises, but in terms of billing, we are in discussion with WHMCS and may develop a plugin for it.

Since we give WHMCS licenses to all HG resellers, it seemed like a logical move.

Do you use WHMCS or have any opinion on it?

Oh yeah, I started to integrate it in the Voip site that I showed you that I'm working on, and stopped because of the question about billing.

It is an excellent move Tim, I'm using it on one of my hosting sites and love it and if you get a module for it it would make it even easier and better of existing user.

So that being an idea of your for the future I will continue the intergration into my new voip site in anticipation. Thanks!
