Default DTMF issues with 3rd party IVR menus and voicemail IVR menus

Anyone else have issues with DTMF and IVR menus?

If I set an IP phone to use RFC2833, then it can call and navigate 3rd party IVR menus just fine... but voipo voicemail IVR menus don't work.

If I change IP phone to Auto or SIP Info, then it can navigate voicemail menus... but then 3rd party IVR's don't work.

Is anyone able to get both working? Or is this a bug on the voipo side?

I think the issue may be specific to the IP phone I was using.

I switched DTMF mode to "inband" and now it works fine with voicemail and 3rd party IVRs.

I had no problems with this before the sip.voipwelcome.com issue!

I was using 'RFC2833', then when i was forced to use sip7.voipwelcome.com, the VM System would only use 'In audio' on sip7.voipwelcome.com & 'RFC2833' on sip.voipwelcome.com.

Now its 'In audio' on sip7.voipwelcome.com & sip.voipwelcome.com.

It would be nice if Resellers had a list of settings to use for there customers instead of always GUESSING!!!
