Questions After Sign-Up
So I signed up today for your service. Some questions for a newbie:
1. Why are you starting my first month now when after sign up it is going to take 5-10 business days for my device to arrive. Would it not make sense to start service when the device is hooked up the first time since I can't use until that time?
2. I ported my number which will take 10-15 business days. Why assign me a temporary number which I can't use since I don't have your device? Yes, I can still use my current phone number which is being ported, but I am being billed by another company for that since the number is not associated with you yet.
3. I used a code which was suppose to give me a free additional month on top of my subscription I was purchasing. When checking out it accepted the code. So I should have received 25 months. However, it only has me listed for 24 months.
