No incoming calls?!?

I've been having an issue that started about 2 weeks ago. All of the sudden, incoming calls all go straight to voicemail. Outgoing calls work fine, but I can't receive any incoming calls.

I am working with VOIPO support to try to get the issue sorted, but so far no solution.

I have my Grandstream ATA as my first device in line with the cable modem, so there are no open port-forwarding issues.

Has anyone else experienced this?
