Default Charged for Voice Mail Calls

Is any Resellers getting charged for calls to number 123 (VM) Today?

just got more info from one of my customers, it might be only them.
they say when they call 123 (VM) it rings there 'failover number'

That is a another new one, how can you even do that?

I don't know what's going on with Voipo lately with all these problems!

123 to voicemail was broken for about an hour on Wednesday morning. Could be related?? Weird that 123 went to failover though.

On the bright side, some good changes being made. Toll Free calls should not be counted against your clients' limits now.

is that outgoing toll free calls, because they have been free.

    yeah, let me clarify...

toll free calls have always been free. still are.

but they were showing up as "usage" in the control panel, and so they counted against the user's limit, if you set one.

if you are selling "unlimited" accounts anyway, then no big deal.

but if you utilize limits in any way, such as a billing for usage, or a prepaid plan, then the user might essentially have been paying for toll free calls, even though the reseller gets them free.

as of earlier this week, that was fixed, so toll free calls are not counting as usage in the control panel.

what about the 1000 free minutes we get and they don't show up to account for them.
