What a surprise that Comcast customers were having this issue!

Pagewash.com - a good check that HostGator offered!
HostGator always makes me feel good about them, even when I have issues like this.

Based on my networking experience, TTL expired in transit is a routing issue, not a server issue. It has a good chance that it's a problem with a user's ISP.
